The best part about our private tour is the day is built around you. Choose whatever venues you like: a relaxed wine day, a fun mix of wine, beer and spirits, or something in between. We'll help shape the perfect itinerary with you.

The Day
- A tour is generally 5 to 6.5 hours in duration, depending on the options you choose.
- Your first venue time is best at 10am or 11am.
- Pickup time is calculated by how long it takes to get from your accommodation to the first venue.
- Our service extends from the Hunter Valley to Maitland, Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydney. Location charges can apply.
- Non-drinkers and children are welcome. No tasting fees apply for them. We don't arrange non-alcoholic options, but if the venues you choose have something available, they're welcome to purchase on the day.
- We love dogs, so you're more than welcome to bring yours. Just let us know at the time of booking.
The Vehicles
- We operate vehicles in many sizes: 6 seats, 11 seats, 20 seats, 24 seats, 27 seats and 50 seat coaches.
- The vehicle and driver is reserved exclusively for your group.
- Behind the wheel will be an experienced, accredited, friendly driver.
- Every vehicle comes with air conditioning, and you'll be able to play your own music. Some vehicles have built-in sound systems, while others require you to bring a portable speaker.
The Venues
- We book the venues for you as part of our bus charter service.
- We collect the tasting fees and pay for the venues at the time of booking so you're not paying them on the day.
- You can choose the venues from one of our lists or you can choose your own.
- You can go to any venues you like provided they cater to your group size and they accept the type of event you're celebrating. Some venues won't accept hen's and buck's parties.
